Workshops
We offer workshops (in presence and online)
- for doctoral candidates and postdocs
With interactive formats, we help scientists to find orientation for their next career step, show career options in research and in non-academic sectors and support the development of a personal career strategy.
- For research groups and scientific institutions
We design workshops on recruiting and retaining scientists, developing strategies for your alumni work or career opportunities for scientists. We also work on topics in the field of leadership in science.
Moderations & Talks
As speakers or panelists at your event we offer independent perspectives on

- the situation of mobile researchers,

- researchers’ (non-) academic career paths.
