Our conference helped participants to

Honest exchange with peers and experts

Our speakers were peers and experts who know about the challenges of the (German) academic system first-hand. They openly shared their experiences and learnings, and were also there to listen the audiance’s ideas and suggestions.

We hope we could create a competition-free safe space with and for people who need some real talk.
